Create a game

In short

  • Accounts are for people aged 16 and over.
  • The games and questions you create are yours.
  • You are responsible for your content and rights to other people's media.
  • The service is provided “as is” — keep copies of what matters.

About these terms

  • Bavka (bavka.app) is a service for creating and hosting board-style quiz games. It is provided by Rostyslav Bilan, a private individual (“we”).
  • By using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Account

Your account

  • You must be 16 or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for who has access to your account and for what is done in it.
  • You send the invite links to your games yourself and are responsible for whom you give them to.

Content

Your content

  • The games, questions, pictures, audio and video you create or add are yours.
  • You allow us to store and show them only as far as the service needs: to you, your participants and those you share a game with.
  • You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it, including other people's pictures, music and video.
  • If claims are brought against us because of your content, you compensate the resulting losses.
  • Anyone who has a game's public link can open it. You can turn the link off at any time.

Not allowed

What is not allowed

  • Posting illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Using the service to harass, insult or defraud anyone.
  • Trying to access other people's accounts or data, or to break into the service.
  • Deliberately overloading the service or scraping data from it automatically.

Our rights

Our rights

  • We may, at our discretion and without notice, remove content or restrict or block an account if we believe it breaks these terms or the law.
  • We may change the service, add or remove features, or stop the service at any time.

Liability

Liability

  • The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties.
  • We do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors or that data will not be lost, so keep your own copies of important files.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses related to using or being unable to use the service, including loss of data or content.

Deletion

Deleting your account

  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
  • What happens to your data then is described in the Privacy Policy.

Law

Governing law and changes

  • These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
  • We may update them; a new version applies from its publication on this page, and the date is at the top.
  • By continuing to use the service you accept the current version.
